Home for Christmas

Can you believe we're almost in December already?  Where has the year gone?

I was hoping to post this blog much sooner than I have been able to, but we were hit with a tummy bug, causing Nurse Mummy to be on duty.  Thankfully though, the bug seems to have left us now, and normal life is resuming.

So, are you ready for Christmas?  I think we're about there now, especially as I've finally been making some Christmas cards.

These cards were made using the Stampin' Up! products listed below, and I love them!

Don't forget to check out my Facebook page for the latest news from Cam's Creativity, and remember, should you be ordering any Stampin' Up! goodies, please make sure you use this months reward code (top right of blog) for a chance to get special goodies after your order.

Taking my hobby further

For those of you that don't know, I'm a crafter.  My hobby is making things, mostly paper craft, but I have been known to their in some knitting, crochet, cross-stitch, and candle making, among others.

I joined Stampin' Up! as a hobby demo, to take advantage of the discount on my crafting supplies, with a view to turning it into a business once my lil miss was big enough for me to be able to do so.  I feel that time is getting near...

As well as a fabulous range of quality paper crafting products, including stamps, ink, cardstock and adhesives, there are also weekly deals (current deals shown below), available while stock lasts.

Why not click on the link to the right to see the full range, or to find out more about the Stampin' Up! opportunity.

A new beginning...

It's funny how life can change.  A year ago I was working in an office on a maternity cover contract, looking forward to spending Christmas with my son, partner and step-kids.  Little did I know that our family would soon grow and we would be welcoming a beautiful baby girl into our family.
Little miss arrived 8 weeks ago, and I couldn't be happier!

It might not be easy all of the time, but boy is it worth it!  I had my son 9 years ago, so had forgot a few things (such as the poonami - parents will understand this), but every day brings something new and I love it!

Now my little miss is 8 weeks old, we are getting settled into a routine, and I find myself with time on my hands - time I can spend crafting again...

So watch this space, as I'll be sharing my creations as I make them!
